I have GTA 4 version 1.0.4.0 with the Razor 1911 crack, and Xlive.dll. I also have a trainer installed. I downloaded the first person MOD and first I tried it with Xlive.dll instead of the dsound.dll and nothing happened. So then I tried it with the dsound.dll instead of xlive.dll and still nothing happened I have tried many ways to get it to work, and I also have "filelist.pak" installed to allow the game to be modded, since its version 1.0.4.0, but the game is not effected by the mod and it doesnt work
This downgrade patch allows you to go back to version v1.0.4.0 of GTA IV. Apparently this is considered the best version which is best optimized and the least buggy and graphics closer to the Xbox 360 version.
